Slow-cooked flavours,

Recipes from Gulf kitchens, cooked over fire and finished with saffron, in a dining room made for long evenings.

The house rules

Rice is never rushed. Lamb cooks for eight hours. Coffee is poured from the dallah, the way it always has been.

Saffron House began with family recipes and a single rule: never rush the rice. Our kitchen cooks lamb for eight hours, bakes bread to order and pours coffee from the dallah, the way it has always been served.
